SYNOFREE-FT Nasal Spray (Azelastine Hydrochloride + Fluticasone Propionate) is indicated for the treatment of allergic rhinitis, including seasonal allergic rhinitis (hay fever) and perennial allergic rhinitis.

It provides effective relief from nasal congestion, blocked nose, sneezing, runny nose (rhinorrhea), nasal itching, and post-nasal drip associated with dust allergy, pollen allergy, and environmental allergens.

This dual-action anti-allergic nasal spray combines an antihistamine (Azelastine Hydrochloride) and a corticosteroid (Fluticasone Propionate) to reduce nasal inflammation and control histamine response. It is highly effective for moderate to severe nasal allergy symptoms, chronic nasal congestion, and inflammatory nasal conditions.
